In the past 2 years I have lost 66lbs. My goal is to lose 92lbs. I was looking for something different so embarked on this 6 week challenge. I’m only up to day 4 of week one but I am wondering if it is enough. I just don’t feel like I’ve worked out. I usually do an hour of Jessica’s workouts. I don’t want to halt or slow down my progress at this point.
I also do two 15-minute workouts of Jessica’s during the day to get a total of a one hour workout. Her 15 minute DVD has four 15-minute workouts. Although now that it is getting warmer out in Minnesota, I’ll be heading outdoors instead of the 15 minute workouts.
Hi Kadee! Welcome to the program! If you feel like you want to add additional workouts you definitely can. Are you hitting your daily 10,000 step count goal already too? That’s also what we recommend including along with the daily workouts, but feel free to adjust as you see fit to meet your needs. Hope that helps 🙂
