In the past 2 years I have lost 66lbs. My goal is to lose 92lbs. I was looking for something different so embarked on this 6 week challenge. I’m only up to day 4 of week one but I am wondering if it is enough. I just don’t feel like I’ve worked out. I usually do an hour of Jessica’s workouts. I don’t want to halt or slow down my progress at this point.
