I finished Phase 2.0 and now mix and match various routines, including the strength training ones. It’s worked really well for me and I am much fitter now. I was a very unhealthy 99kg at the start and I have now reached my first goals. Getting fitter and getting out of the obese range. I am now 80 kgs and raring to carry on.
