Dear Jessica and team,

first of all thank you so much for the most fun workout I have ever participated in! I am actually looking forward to doing the workouts and feel excellent after doing them (after catching my breath again 😅). My question relates to the fact that I successfully completed the first two weeks but then due to my work load and slight health issues (dizziness and migraine), I stopped for two weeks. Now I wonder if I should start from week 1 or continue with week 3?
