I have loved the original Walk Strong series. I ended up doing the lower body, upper body, barefoot one, interval training, cardio party, and brain fitness each week. Now I have gotten the Walk Strong 3 series and Boost Metabolism and Muscle DVDs as Christmas gifts. Anybody have diastasis recti and figured out which workouts to capitalize on and which ones to avoid? (since crunches are not good for it)
