In your October email I thought it mentioned you are expecting.  My husband and I are planning to have a child next year and I’m nervous about my fitness journey while pregnant. I’m wondering if you are planning to share videos with us of your journey while pregnant.  Any fitness tips, recipes etc would be much appreciated!  Thank you!

    • Hi Laura! Thank you so much for writing and for your interest in our workouts. Congrats to you on your decision to start your family – how exciting!
 While we do have a few prenatal workouts available here on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/jessicasmithtv/search?query=prenatal, at this time most of our programs are not currently specifically designed for pre or postnatal exercisers, so please check with your doctor to find out what kind of workout is best for you in your current stage of motherhood. And once you have your doctor’s clearance and guidelines, please feel free to modify or skip and exercises that don’t work well for you during the routines. Many of our programs, such as our floor work free “Walk On” series, Feel Good Fusion can easily be adapted.
