After my strength workout I love a peanut butter smoothie! I use 16 oz of unsweetened almond vanilla milk, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, a scoop of whey protein and pop it into a blender. Just what my muscles need to heal after a tough JessicaSmithtv workout.

- Tropical Protein Smoothie
- one half of a frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1.5 cups of unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- Blend until smooth and add 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes on top. Enjoy!
