I have registered using two different e-mail addresses and I continue to be unable to sign in. I get an error message that my username and/or password is incorrect. After numerous attempts, I request a password change which informs me that I will receive an e-mail with new password information. The e-mail never arrives, even in my junk mail. I have also sent numerous questions on this screen, with no response.
