when one is calorie counting it always asks about exercise. How do I describe so that I can account for the calories being burned?

Your calorie burn depends on a number of factors including your body composition, height, weight, age, the intensity you put into the movements and even your current fitness level. For a more accurate estimate, we recommend wearing a device that measures calorie burn (such as a heart rate monitor) during your sessions.
