I’ve been so excited about my workouts everyday, that I went ahead and did the first 8 in the row of the chapters on the DVD listing. WHOOPS.  I finally printed out my schedule and noticed #1-I forgot to rest on day 7, and #2- now I am out of order.

What should I do?

    • Hi Michelle! No worries! The great news is that you got started and that you completed 8 workouts, that’s fantastic! My best advice would be to pick up with the week 2 schedule now that you have it and just get right back into the rotation (we do recommend sticking with the suggested order for best results 🙂 Hope that helps!
