I’ve been so excited about my workouts everyday, that I went ahead and did the first 8 in the row of the chapters on the DVD listing. WHOOPS. I finally printed out my schedule and noticed #1-I forgot to rest on day 7, and #2- now I am out of order.
What should I do?

Thanks so much! I added a rest day yesterday (man I needed it LOL) and will pick up with Week 2 today. (I am going to switch out upper for lower for day 8 and then follow the rest!
