Hi Jessica & Team! I am a long time user of your videos & love them! I unfortunately am slowly recovering from twisting my sacrum & Illiac. I started my recovery with your 15 min miles through multiple videos. I have now recovered enough to start your Walk Strong Program. 😊🎉 I am inquiring about a modification that can be done in place of the already modified plank work in the “interval mix” routine. The modified planking seems to still stress my low back & right hip. Can you please recommend to me a standing modification? I would greatly appreciate your guidance! Hi Teresa! Thank you so much for joining us for the program and welcome to our community! We are so glad you are here. Since you are recovering from an injury, please consult with your doctor or physical therapist about what types of movements are best for you while you continue to heal. A medical expert can best advise you on what is most appropriate for your body during this stage of recovery as they can provide you with in person evaluation and guidance. Please do continue to listen to your body and skip or further modify all exercises that you know don’t work well for you right now. You can also substitute in any movements that you know do work well for you at any time during the program. Please keep up the great work you are doing taking care of your body and your health.
