Hi Jessica & Team!  I am a long time user of your videos & love them!  I unfortunately am slowly recovering from twisting my sacrum & Illiac.  I started my recovery with your 15 min miles through multiple videos.  I have now recovered enough to start your Walk Strong Program. 😊🎉  I am inquiring about a modification that can be done in place of the already modified plank work in the “interval mix” routine. The modified planking seems to still stress my low back & right hip. Can you please recommend to me a standing modification? I would greatly appreciate your guidance! Thank you in advance for your help!
