Ok thank you I guess it just keeps me logged in, I was trying to log on but yes I can respond to emails here thanks a lot really enjoyed the first day work out yesterday and just watch the one for today. I’ve lost 30-32 pounds and need to tone up and would like to lose at least another 15-20 pounds. My bmi affects the cost of my health insurance and I’m 58 years old and have lost and added back plus more so I realize this has to be a change not just a quick fix and I hope by doing your work outs this will help. The ones I have been doing are good but just walking so I’m hoping with the training the scale will go up but then come down so I don’t have my bmi over in November but I have time to play with things to see how they will work.
