For the best benefit of the Phase II program, do you recommend doing both workouts listed in the calendar each day or can we really choose? I’m just concerned about the time I have to work out each day.
I am back to phase II once more. I love it. Yesterday it was Interval mix day and I was a little discouraged. Bu t as soon as the music started I got into the beat and it was great. I am happy I did not give up, it is a wonderful workout.
Tomorrow I’m starting phase 2 of the Walk Strong. I tried the Walk Strong Transformation system the previous year, “didn’t like it,” and sent it back to Amazon. I thought working out in the gym was going to be the best way to lose weight, and I exercised 3-4x a week religiously at the gym. But while I was gaining strength, I wasn’t dropping any weight, and it was a hassle tracking across town to our gym. I even paid $500 for a trainer for a 12-week program, ate according to my macros, and STILL didn’t lose any weight. I decided to give this program a try again, and I’m glad I did. I roll out of bed just 30 minutes earlier than I used to, push play, and I’m ready to go. I just have more energy when I’m done, and it isn’t too difficult to get my son ready in the morning. I love Jessica’s tough but gentle workouts, and after the first 6 weeks, I lost an inch in my waist, thighs, and hips. I didn’t even lost that with the $500 program! It just works for me, and Jessica’s workouts + WW will hopefully get me to the kind of healthy I want to be.
Jessica, I’m almost done with my fourth round through the six week transformation and am still loving it! I still feel like I get a lot out of it having starting from a low base, and think I can keep doing this for a while before moving on to a 2.0 version. The round of workouts feels so much more complete than anything I was doing at the gym. I get up earlier to do it in the morning and then the rest of my day is free! Thanks for a great workout. My only complaint is that I can’t figure out how to get on the email list. I get no emails and when I try to add myself, I get an error message saying I’m already added. Any help with that would be much appreciated!
I’m on my last week of phase 1. Next week I’ll start the 2.0 series. One question I have is should I be doing two of the videos on the same day? I’m seeing many posts that have mentioned doing one in the morning and one in the evening.
