Started Phase II today! This is the first time I’ve actually stayed committed to a workout program like this and I am thrilled! Did the HIIT workout and felt really good afterwards. I’m going to try and do both workouts each day, but we’ll see how it goes with five kids to homeschool…Thanks so much, Jessica, for making workouts I can be successful with!
Just wanted to check in and proudly announce that I went to the doctor yesterday and my A1C went down from 6.3 to 5.3!!! It’s like Jessica says there are far more important reasons to do this workout that looking good in a bikini 🙂 Keep walking strong everyone 🙂
Haven’t been able to check in this week since I had gotten really sick last Saturday. I am still trying to shake off the cold I got from my son. I was able to do 360 abs last Thursday, started with Flat Abs walk first thing in the morning. On Friday, I started with Belly Buns and Thighs first thing, then 5 fat burning miles at night. Then today, started the day with Belly Buns and Thighs and a thirty minute walk after, but so far that was all I could do. Still recovering, but I’ll get there.
Just wanted to pop in here and tell you all how proud I am of you all.. and to thank you for continuing to move with us You are all doing such an incredible job of supporting each other, I love reading all of your posts!

I am on phase II of the six weeks and am quite happy to say I bought a new pair of jeans yesterday a size SMALLER !!!!!! 🙂
