What weights do you use for heavy weights? I have a 3, 5, 8, and 10 pound set. If 10 pounds is too easy for reps, should I really get a heavier set? Thanks in advance.

Question re: Chair
I noticed that most of the programs need a “high back, sturdy chair”. I have a bench and a Lebert equalizer bar (28 1/2″ high) but not a high back chair. Do I need to get a chair? How high does the back need to be?
Re: my last question, you were right! I’m making slow but steady progress. Enough to wonder about my next rotation.
For my next rotation, do you recommend following the 6-week Walk Strong 2.0 rotation calendar, or the 4-week WS Master Rotation calendar? My goals are staying healthy, developing my endurance, strength, and flexiblity, managing stress, and losing weight. That about covers it. 😉
Aside from the #of weeks, I notice that the 4 week calendar does not call out for active rest days, but incorporates yoga & stretch days throughout the week. It’s a little different from WS 2.0, where the yoga and stretch workouts were recommended on the active rest days.

Hello Jessica and the wonderful team. I have just finished my 1st week of the program and Im very excited and love the quotes. However, I’m a little confused with the calendar. I’m seeing some exercises that are not on the 6 week plan or I’m not looking right. Can you please explain a little how it works? I’m I repeating the same exercises for the entire 6weeks or i need to get another DVD
