Hello Jessica and the wonderful team. I have just finished my 1st week of the program and Im very excited and love the quotes. However, I’m a little confused with the calendar. I’m seeing some exercises that are not on the 6 week plan or I’m not looking right. Can you please explain a little how it works? I’m I repeating the same exercises for the entire 6weeks or i need to get another DVD
Hi Jessica, I am a great fan of your rotations, especially the walkstrong ones. I was hoping we would have a summer challenge or something like that. It would be so great to have a new challenge. Maybe one for the fall?
Hi! I’m not sure under what category should I log some of these workouts in MyFitnessPal. For example the upper and lower exercises…
Question re: building strength and weight amount.
After doing the Walk Strong original 6 week program 2 times, and now in my second round of Walk Strong 2.0, I feel like I’m not building strength. I progressed from 5 to 7 lbs on the heavy weights and from 1-2 to 3 lbs for my light weights, but that bump up was at least 3 months ago and it is still challenging for me. I’m consistent with the workout schedule. Overall I’m happy with the system but am wondering if I am stuck somehow, and if so, what I should do about it. I’m 59 years old. My diet is good, but I still have 30 lbs to lose. Actually, I’ve been a little stuck on that front also.
How do you all stay motivated? I am struggling so badly. I have gained 30 pound after losing 20 🙁
I appreciate your input
