I am loving the WalkStrong Program so far! I just discovered your 15 minutes post-workout stretch video on jessicasmithtv and I plan to add it to end of my workouts. Do you have a 5 minute dynamic stretch routine video that I could do before the workouts? If not, can you please make one soon! Thank you!
I am excited to begin my new Walkstrong program! I have very tight hamstrings and I am wondering if you recommend any stretching before or after the cardio workouts? Thank you!!!
I’m in the second week of Walk Strong 2.0 (for the 2nd time, with heavier weights and keeping up with the advanced moves with no problem). However, the scale has not moved and when I measure my waist, hips, thigh, etc. they are larger than a month ago. My clothes are fitting better. What’s going on?
Hi, Jessica! I’m halfway through the 6-week Walk Strong Master Rotation and just re-read your most recent email with references to a new DVD coming. Any hints about what it will be? I have all the Walk Strong workouts and most of the Walk On workouts (Amazon loves me these days).
Also, what is the possibility of getting a master list of all your workouts and their types? Some are obvious, like Total Body (Strength) but others, not so much. A breakdown of the fusion-style workouts would be helpful, too. I would really like to start setting up my own rotations to keep boredom at bay.
