Hi, my question is in regard to The Ultimate Workouts For Weight Loss 4-DVD Collection. I purchased these 4 DVDs separately and love the workouts. Is there a rotation that uses all 4 of them to maximize results? I would love to have a rotation like the ones for the Walk Strong or Walk On programs, that uses only the 4 DVDs in this set. I think that such a rotation / calendar will help me use the workouts way better than randomly picking segments from the DVDs to do. Maybe such a calendar is included in the combined 4-DVD set. But I bought the DVDs not as a bundle and am lacking the guidance and inspiration how to rotate them sensibly over a period of time to see good results.

I am loving the WalkStrong Program so far! I just discovered your 15 minutes post-workout stretch video on jessicasmithtv and I plan to add it to end of my workouts. Do you have a 5 minute dynamic stretch routine video that I could do before the workouts? If not, can you please make one soon! Thank you!
I am excited to begin my new Walkstrong program! I have very tight hamstrings and I am wondering if you recommend any stretching before or after the cardio workouts? Thank you!!!
I’m in the second week of Walk Strong 2.0 (for the 2nd time, with heavier weights and keeping up with the advanced moves with no problem). However, the scale has not moved and when I measure my waist, hips, thigh, etc. they are larger than a month ago. My clothes are fitting better. What’s going on?
