This morning I did the “Interval Mix” from the 6 Week Total Transformation System DVD set for the first time. I’m not sure why it was sooo hard for me though. I had to skip a session yesterday because of family health problems. And didn’t eat my normal health conscience diet either. Just curious for an opinion:
1. First time through the “Interval Mix” workout
2. Skipped a session
3. Ate way off diet
Or maybe it was a combination of all three?
I’m on the first week of phase II of Walk Strong 3.0. After Walk Strong 3.0, I would like to skip the Walk Strong Master Rotation and do the Walk On 6-Week Master Calendar and/or the Ultimate Weight Loss Calendar. If I do this will I lose strength training progress, even though Walk On incorporates many workouts that include weights. I’m on the last 30 lbs of my weight loss journey and I’m trying to stay on track by consistently working out for 30 min 6 days a week, however, I hate floor work and I think I’m getting walk strong fatigue and really want to incorporate some of your other workouts.
I have all your DVDs and your calendars have been instrumental in helping me stay on track.
Hi, my question is in regard to The Ultimate Workouts For Weight Loss 4-DVD Collection. I purchased these 4 DVDs separately and love the workouts. Is there a rotation that uses all 4 of them to maximize results? I would love to have a rotation like the ones for the Walk Strong or Walk On programs, that uses only the 4 DVDs in this set. I think that such a rotation / calendar will help me use the workouts way better than randomly picking segments from the DVDs to do. Maybe such a calendar is included in the combined 4-DVD set. But I bought the DVDs not as a bundle and am lacking the guidance and inspiration how to rotate them sensibly over a period of time to see good results.
Thanks in advance!
I need a advice, I bought Walk STRONG: Total Transformation 6 Week and I love it. Now I’m looking for something more specific to lose weight, I love cardio but I have some problems with the intervals becouse of my cervical issue. Should i buy Walk on (21 or 30 days)? Or I can continue with Walk strong 2? What’s the difference? Are there in Walk on 21 day similar warkout of Walk strong?
Thank you for your attencion, with your video i started loving fitness.
