Any tips for when you are sick. I got sick on day 2 and haven’t been able to workout. 🙁
Hi — I’m wondering if you have any substitute exercise recommendations for the floor work sections? I really dislike floor work and tend to stop a workout when it moves to the floor. Would love some tips on how to continue with standing work.
I am on Week Two, Day 3. I purchased the downloaded version and have not had any problems until tonight. The Lower Body Sculpt keeps saying “error loading media. File could not be played”. Loving the program so far and I’m not going to let this stop me from my resolve to get healthier, so I will find another lower body strength training program on You Tube for tonight. Jessica, I hope you can provide some advice on how to resolve this so that I can enjoy that chapter, too. Thanks!
