What would you recommend eating for breakfast to keep feeling fuller longer? I usually eat breakfast around 8 and by 10 I’m starving, so I found myself raiding my snack drawer at work which of course leads me to overeating 🙁 Also what is your favorite go-to snack or snacks?
I’m having trouble subscribing up. It keeps putting the first letter of my email as capital and that makws it invalid. Also, I cannot post from my iphone, even if I say I am not a robot. It says I am not allowed.
Hi – I was wondering how heavy the weights were in the Barefoot Fusion Sculpt routine? I tried using 5’s but had to stop and just use my bodyweight eventually. Are they 3 pounds? That sounds more doable! 🙂
