Ready to start this phase on Monday! Excited and ready to go. Anyone know where Jessica purchased her small step? I would like to purchase one like that. BTW: I will be 70 in a couple of months and really love the modifications that Debbie shows us! : )
I am turning 60 this year. I have been working out to Jessica’s You Tube videos for over a year now and no matter how tired I am at 5 AM I look forward to it. I am doing it for my health as I have blood pressure issues due to anxiety. I had stopped for about 4 months and my pressure spiked again so now I am determined to stay with it. Hubby ❤️ surprised me with the Walk Strong 2.0 set and I can’t wait to start tomorrow!! I am also excited to be a part of this support community. Thank you Jessica!!
Did day 1 this morning (with hubby) and loved it! I love the ball workouts because they work you more than you think. Loved the Peanut cameo also! Thanks Jessica for ALL your great workouts : )
I also restarted the 2.0 though I’m calling it fall of strength. Just finished have a ball which I love and 20 minutes of yoga. Iam so happy to read that others have also restarted the program ! Tomorrow I will start the day with a 15 min yoga with weights routine I made up years ago. In the evening I plan on doing total body focus and cardio yoga to finished up the night .
