I am turning 60 this year. I have been working out to Jessica’s You Tube videos for over a year now and no matter how tired I am at 5 AM I look forward to it. I am doing it for my health as I have blood pressure issues due to anxiety. I had stopped for about 4 months and my pressure spiked again so now I am determined to stay with it. Hubby ❤️ surprised me with the Walk Strong 2.0 set and I can’t wait to start tomorrow!! I am also excited to be a part of this support community. Thank you Jessica!!
Ready to start this phase on Monday! Excited and ready to go. Anyone know where Jessica purchased her small step? I would like to purchase one like that. BTW: I will be 70 in a couple of months and really love the modifications that Debbie shows us! : )
After doubling up yesterday I wasn’t sure I could get through today, Total Focus. I eased up on the weights at first but as I went along I figured I got this and went back to my regular weight. Feeling good!Feeling strong!
Finished round 2 of the Summer of Strength Walk Strong 2 Challenge yesterday and I bought the downloads for Phase 1. I am so excited.🏆🏆🏆🏅🏅🏅
I am Focussed this week on finishing strong on the Fall Challenge and then start the Phase 1 rotation next week.💪💪💪
Loved doing Day 22 Upper Circuit and Armed and Dangerous. I love Debbie in the Upper Circuit I laughed when Jessica asks if she is still there or enjoying a pina colada. I am going to miss the banter during the Phase 1 but I will love the workouts. They look great.
I did Have a Ball again today because I like it so much especially the banter and I need to constantly be reminded to keep my eye on the ball in my every day life. I am so busy I have to be mindful and Focussed.
Just finished Have a Ball for day 1 of Phase 2. This is my second time doing it, so I tried to follow all the harder versions of the moves. This is definitely a sneaky workout! For about the first 15 or 20 minutes, it’s fun and almost like play, then–all of a sudden–the sweat is pouring down my face! That has happened both times that I’ve done it, so I don’t think it’s coincidence. Thanks for a new set of great workouts, Jessica!
