I have one question please. Why am I so unsteady when trying to hold any kind of lunge position? I wobble all over the place and can’t keep my balance. Any tips would be appreciated!
I was super blessed today with a holiday bonus !! It surprised me ! I downloaded WS3 on my lunch break and will start it today after work !!! It looks fantastic!!!
I’ve purchased Walk Strong 3, but Jessica recommended I complete 2.0 first. So I purchased 2.0 and have done two workouts so far: Steady, Ready, Go and Upper Focus. Wow, these are difficult. Thanks Jessica for having me start with 2.0. I love it so far!! (I did do the Deep Stretch from WS3 and it was fantastic. I will be incorporating that with 2.0.
I did the Cardio Party! I will do the lower body focus tonight!!
