Day 11-did the recommended cardio Pilates before work. It was a great way to start the day . After dinner I previewed 30 htt circuit and decided that without owning a step I wasn’t comfortable doing that routine . I subbed 2 in1 toning 30 minute fat burning body sculpt. It was a teriffic routine. It worked every part of my body , even my eyelashes 😉.
I’m winding down week 4 of 2.0 and I’m loving it! My buns and hammies stay sore (in a good way) and I’m starting to see more definition in my lower half 🙂 Just purchased walk strong 3 and can’t wait to see what this holds for my fitness journey!
Day 10 Wendsday- cardio , this morning I did the first 20 minutes of cardio mat fusion. From Monday. It was a new one for me I’m hoping to do the whole thing later in the week .on a quick break between houses .Its a 3 house day for me . Looking forward to my walk with Lana the dog after work and 30 minute HTT after dinner .

Thursday and I am behind so did Days 9 and 10 I did Cardio Mat Fusion and Strictly Strength. So lovely to get into working out after 3 days of nothing at all. I have been so busy. I loved both. Tomorrow I have the Oxfam Trail Walker (Race) Support Duties and Sunday I am doing trail clean up. I am happy to start 3 when you ladies are ready. When do you suggest?Monday….
