Thanks Jackie! I am on day 10 of Phase 10 again! I do other DVD workouts but feel my best when I complete these.
I just completed Poise and Grace! Wow! Absolutely awesome workout. I like the feeling of working every muscle!!
Day 13/ cardio yoga this morning, then a 8k trail run . It was brisk and perfect for running . After the run I worked . Came home briefly and back out to have dinner with my family. Holy moly, what a busy day . Wanted to get in some yoga but I have decided to rest .I will do both Saturdays and Sundays recommend routines tomorrow.
I do want the WS3 but can’t purchase it at this time. I did ask for it for a Christmas present though!! I hope I get it.
I am following the WS2 routine, I had the Boost Metabolism and will receive the Build Balance Inner strength tomorrow. I feel soooo good when I have completed one of these workouts! I feel really accomplished when I complete one of the 6 weeks programs too!! I did the Prehab Routine and the Barre foot sculpt last night. Tonight I will do Interval Mix and (maybe) the 30 Minute Pyramind Power Walk.
