I’ve purchased Walk Strong 3, but Jessica recommended I complete 2.0 first. So I purchased 2.0 and have done two workouts so far: Steady, Ready, Go and Upper Focus. Wow, these are difficult. Thanks Jessica for having me start with 2.0. I love it so far!! (I did do the Deep Stretch from WS3 and it was fantastic. I will be incorporating that with 2.0.
I did the Cardio Party! I will do the lower body focus tonight!!
Last week of the fall fitness challenge ,it will definitely be a challenge with the holiday on Thursday. Today Monday day 15- I’m swapping days the 2 in 1 tomorrow and kick butt kick box today as it is a cardio day for me .
Day 12/Friday did recommended rise and shine yoga before work. Had two large homes today . Taking the evening off . I Will do cardio yoga tomorrow morning before the 8k trail run . Tomorrow will kick off my crazy busy work, holiday and run schedule . As I have two houses after the race ! Hope everyone has a great weekend
Thanks Jackie! I am on day 10 of Phase 10 again! I do other DVD workouts but feel my best when I complete these.
