This challenge couldn’t have come at a better time! My workouts have been sporadic, and I’ve been needing a routine to follow and motivate me! Having a community to check in with is an extra bonus! Oh and another extra bonus, I can incorporate my WalkStrong DVDs I purchased a few months ago. I tried the Steady Ready Go this morning and loved it! I plan on trying out the workouts on my own and following the schedule starting the 11th. Thanks Jessica!
Just downloaded your special deal. I will use a combination of many of your DVD’s as a substitution for the 6-week Transformation DVD. I can’t wait to get started!

I’ve been walking with you via YouTube and DVD’s for 2 years and can’t say enough positive about you and your programs. As a former instructor sometimes it’s hard to find that person on a video that you enjoy following. You are that person! I have a step in my living room that I use to enhance some of the moves when I need an extra challenge. My weights are always around too if I need that extra boost on a non-weight program. I enjoy mixing and matching your DVD’s and YouTube videos Sometimes I just use the classical jams and do my own thing! Again…much appreciation for what you do to keep folks in shape both in mind and body. I might have told you that I needed to kick my exercise program back into gear once my beautiful Doberman died 2 years ago. Most of my exercise was with him to keep him going. I do miss Peanut when using the DVD’s 🙂
