Hi everyone! I am joining you from Northwest Indiana once again. I did the original WalkStrong Phases I & II and am so, so excited for 2.0!! I got the digital downloads today and couldn’t wait to get started so I did Day 1 – Have a Ball. Sweaty and feeling great at the end! Loved the final standing abs sequence! Also, loved the moving mantra at the beginning. I am so thankful to Jessica for putting out these new workouts and motivating us to all keep moving together!
