I’ll be placing my order later today and am so excited to start Phase III! I did Phase I twice and my husband did it along with me – so yes, Jessica’s workouts are great for the guys also! Thank you Jessica for being so upbeat, positive and encouraging – it makes a world of difference when trying to get into good shape inside and out. I first found Jessica Smith while searching the web for “yoga inspired” stretch routines because of some arthritis in my spine and Jessica’s stretch routines were just the ticket!
Hooray! I just ordered mine and they’ll arrive today! I live close enough to an Amazon warehouse and have Prime, so it’s like internet magic! Can’t wait to join in. July 11th as a start date is perfect for me because I’ve got crazy deadlines all week this week, and then I’ll be on vacay for a week. I’m so excited to spice things up since I’ve been getting workout ennui the last month or so!

I just placed my order. I have been waiting for this. I workout out with your programs every day, I am on the third round of Phase II and just substitute here and there with your older DVD’s or your YouTube videos. I am very excited to start Phase III. Unfortunately I have to take a break in the middle of it for surgery and may have to ease back into it but since I have been working out with you consistently for so long, I know I won’t have any problem. I wake up every morning looking forward to my workout and cannot imagine that not being a consistent part of my life.
