I started today with Cardio Party and we are off to visit Barnard castle which such be fun so as well as having lots of fun we shall definitely get our steps in for the day.
Tomorrow we are visiting Anwick Castle made famous by the Harry Potter films. I am so excited about that too.
Hi everyone, sorry I haven’t checked in . It’s been almost a week. I have been reading your posts. Maureen- I happy to hear your father inlaw is recovering. How scary that must have been . It’s great to read he is talking outside walks . He must be a very strong willed person. Jackie , it’s always wonderful reading about your adventures. Hope you have a wonderful visit with your freind. Did you find a house ?
Yes , I have had a busy week. We took our daughter back to college yesterday. My son is still having major depression issues. But seems like the new med he started Thursday is working. I am managing to do at least a morning rurione everyday. Today (Saturday) I went to the aerial yoga class this morning . It was though but fun. I’m using my muscles in different ways. After a short rest at home I’m on my way to work . Hope everyone is gas a good weekend .
This morning I started with Jessica’s 15 Minute Cardio Strength Routine from YouTube and teamed that up with her 15 minute Cardio Coordination Drill Routine. I then took Monty out for his walk.
I hope everyone is well. Mholdsworth how are you doing? Maureen I hope your father in law is okay now.
I started my day with Jessica’s new 12 Minute Arms and Abs Circuit Walk. I used 4 kilo weights and I reached exhaustion by the end of each set. It was all I had time for this morning. I took Monty out for a walk and then mum out for the day so I have got in more than 22,000 steps in today. My husband goes back to HK tomorrow. I have about 10 days more before I go back.

Well my plans for a bike ride did not pan out. That same day my father in law was having a colonoscopy which went well however, he went into A-fib after the procedure and things drug on before they decided to admit him for the night for observation. He was discharged the next day (yesterday) but it took FOREVER to get the paperwork and everything done so……both days ended up being just a lot of sitting and waiting. But at least he is fine so that makes it all worth it 🙂
Today we will see what I can get into LOL

Jackie I bet you are sorry that your adventure with your husband is over for now but I know you two will plan more soon 🙂
