Day 3- no am workout today , I elected to sleep in a bit as my daughter is out of school for Thanksgiving break.My daughters tutoring session was moved to this morning (while I was at work) so I missed my 3 mile walk with Lana the tutor’s dog, Whom I am fortunate enough to walk twice a week while my daughter is in her session. After dinner I did barefoot cardio core. It was a wonderful strangely relaxing cardio experience. I loved it . It was the perfect way to end my night . I have a early morning 5k Turkey trot . Hope every has a very Happy Thanksgiving. 🦃🍁
Day 3 and Barefoot Cardio Core. I enjoyed moving to the music. I couldn’t find my ball though so I swapped in one of my yoga blocks and it worked well. Nice gentle cardio and good workout for my core.
Another busy day today but so glad I fitted this in this morning. I just feel good. I also love Jessica’s mantra for today. “Today is a gift so enjoy the present”. It definitely is sound advice. Thanks Jessica😀

Barefoot cardio core: this is lovely! My favourite kind of workout. Somehow relaxing at the same time as working!
I was super blessed today and got a holiday bonus !! I now don’t have to wait until Friday to download WS3!!! I did so my lunch break . I also previewed it a bit . It look fantastic! I plan on starting today . I’m so excited !!! Can’t wait .
I was a bit nervous about metabolic conditioning so I kept the weights relatively light. Surprisingly it was not as bad as I expected, so I’ll be upping the weight next time!
