Oh I forgot to tell my good news…..my osteoporosis numbers have greatly improved, in my lumbar I am now considered to have osteopenia and in my pelvis my numbers were normal 😀 Thanks to Jessica for making this program and for the wonderful support I receive on this site 🙂 THANK YOU ALL!!!
The beauty of Jessica’s program, today I was a little pressed for time and wanted to get in both a workout and a good stretch, thanks to Jessica that was possible. I did her Total Body Time Saver workout which is only 17 minutes and then the PM Relaxing Stretch, it was exactly what I needed and wanted 🙂 Thank you Jessica 🙂

We didn’t do anything too strenuous this weekend but we at least were out walking on some light trails at some of the Hopewell Indian Mounds that are a couple hours from where we live. Going with something is better than nothing 😀
Have a dentist appointment this afternoon then going to try a Cardio Party LOL
Days 23 and 24 (Sunday and Monday). Sunday was a rest day and it was marvellous. I didn’t do anything energetic but it it must have been active as I got well over 16,000 steps in through the day. We need to walk everywhere. We went to the cinema to see Rowan Atkinson in Johnny English Strikes Again and it was fun. Enjoyed the Oval “experience” as well. Not sure if I liked eating a meal while seeing a film though because I ate so much. Ho hum the meal as well as the free popcorn and crisps. It was very delicious though and we will do it again.
Today is Day 24 for me but I have switched around the days and I started my day with the Day 25 recommended Upper Body and rather than do the Day 25 optional Lower Body I did Jessica’s new 11 minute Lower Body Circuit from YouTube. Peanut’s feedback and comments on Jessica’s form had me giggling.
This afternoon we are doing a sunset hike to view the moon. However, the leader just messaged to say that storms are forecast and she may need to cancel. If so I will do some Steady State Cardio at home.
Days 20&21 Saturday & Sunday Saturday- after my aerial fit yoga class I went to work. Then had a few hours at home and fell asleep the couch . Guess my body needed the cat nap. In the evening I dropped my daughter off at her monthly social event for special needs children. While she was there I went to work. I have a small office job thats near by. That was enough for me for the day . Sunday – in am off and will be in the car for quite a bit . Going to a baby shower that’s about an hour away. I think I shall do feel good fusion flow or indoor jogging before I leave and maybe Saturday’s yoga and Pilates .🎶 I’ve got high hopes, high in the sky apple pie hopes ! 🎶Hee hee – that song just popped into my head.
