Thanks Jackie Mc! Lovely to meet you too, and everybody else. I can’t reply to comments, I don’t know why, but still I’d love to participate a bit more to the board because it’s a great way to stay motivated and because all of you seem very nice and caring people (and I think that Jessica’s personality helps to be positive too).
Yesterday I did Cardio Interval Sculpt which I expected to be though, but the real surprise was this morning with Pilates + Yoga, that was a sneaky workout! Pilates is not really my thing but I loved this, concentrated and challenging. Oh, how I felt the abs burn!
Another sunny Monday but cool and it is DAY 22 already. I started my day with the suggested Lower Body routine and as I am working from home today I partnered that with Day 24 Cardio Step Jam because I have my last day of visits on Thursday and I very much doubt I will be able to fit in an early morning workout that day. As I am working from home today I will probably join Jessica for one or more of her “Miles” to ensure I get my step count in today. I hope everyone is well.
Sunday and the end of week 3💪💪💪 as I took a “rest” day hiking earlier this week I saved Metabolic Conditioning to this morning which I partnered with the one mile of motivation. I loved them both. The messages and mantras are so inspirational. Met Con is tough but I love it… used my heaviest light set today and my heavy set and I think I did okay. The mile of motivation was to get that lactic acid moving. I think I will need to stretch later.
Sunday morning and my lovely husband is shackled to his desktop again. After last Sunday’s tough scramble it will be an easy leisurely walk around our island today. Something is always better than nothing and he needs to get out and enjoy nature. With the migration of birds from the cold in the north we have lots and lots of birds to watch as they enjoy the warmer winters and as some fly even further south. I shall prepare breakfast and then put the idea to him😉

Days 12 and 13 done. Yesterday, I did Cardio Step Jam, which was fun–even though I felt like I had 2 left feet for most of it. Today was Barre Sculpt, which left me sweating and shaking…in a good way :). I absolutely loved the various ways we used the ball in this one. I have scoliosis, and one of my curves is between my shoulder blades, so using the ball behind the upper back felt so good. Also, using the ball under the hips was absolutely inspired! I couldn’t help but wonder if the ball was going to stand up to the pressure, but it survived and so did I. Really loved this one!
