Yesterday I didn’t do anything else in addition to the workouts I mentioned yesterday apart from make up my own flow/Walking work out in the evening as I watched a documentary on tv last night. It got my step count to where I wanted it yesterday. Day 17 and this morning I did Total Body from WS3 which I partnered with Stepping Strength from YouTube. I am meeting a friend for coffee in Central this morning so there will be no problem in reaching my step goals for today.

I didn’t manage a workout last night, I knew it would be a tough week but I was not prepared for how tired I’d be. I fell asleep as soon as I drove in last night. Today is a new day and I have lots of housework planned as I’m so behind and a roast chicken to cook (as my family have had rubbish meals from me this week!) This morning though I will go for cardio fusion flow and a nice stretch😀Have a great weekend everyone
Yesterday I did the recommended Core Control as my early morning workout but after a very busy, busy day I decided to rest for the evening and have an early night.
Today I was planning to go on a very hard hike up West Dog Tooth. There is rain forecast so I have just come off the hike. I feel bad letting the leader know at such late notice but the route is steep and rocky and with rain it will be wet and slippery and could be dangerous. The leader probably thinks I am a wimp but for my own safety I decided to change my rsvp. I dropped her a message to give her my reasons. I know I have made the right decision.

I really struggled on my rest day through a long work day, I left the house at 6.45am and got home around 10pm. Sat for fat too long. The next day I tried the knee friendly barre workout when I got home from work but I was too tired really and I struggled and didn’t enjoy it. Gave up before the end which is not like me. Feeling better tonight and I’ve done total body toned💪
I did Total Focus from WS2 this morning which is one of the Day 17 recommended routines I didn’t do earlier in the week. I followed that with a foam rolling routine I found on YouTube. It was good to roll my lats. My goodness they were tight, as were my ITB, calves and quads too. I am working from home today so went out for a walk at lunch time to get some steps in and I think I will do one of Jessica’s one mile walks this evening as dinner is cooking to ensure I get enough steps into my day today.
