    • I just started Walk 3 yesterday. I loved the fact you had a whole video on the foundations. I think that is forgotten about and sometimes if you don’t know them you don’t get the workout you should be getting. I did the Metabolic conditioning today loved it, I was sparkling like crazy. Can’t wait for tomorrow. Your great Jessica so up beat all the time you make it fun to workout. I do miss seeing Peanut on this new installment.
