I was super blessed today and got a holiday bonus !! I now don’t have to wait until Friday to download WS3!!! I did so my lunch break . I also previewed it a bit . It look fantastic! I plan on starting today . I’m so excited !!! Can’t wait .
I was a bit nervous about metabolic conditioning so I kept the weights relatively light. Surprisingly it was not as bad as I expected, so I’ll be upping the weight next time!
Yesterday (Day 2) was Metabolic Conditioning. I’d done two cycles of WS1 and two cycles of WS2, but that one handed me my backside and said, “See you for more on day 18!” I’ll be very excited to see how much my stamina/strength improves by then.
This morning (Day 3) I did Cardio Core. Yowza. My abs are still sore from previous workouts and the core part of MetCon yesterday, so I really felt this one. I can tell these are really going to change my body!
My BFF Marsha and I ordered these workouts within a couple minutes of each other, got them Friday, and started Saturday. (We do almost all our workouts in sync although we live 50 minutes apart.) Especially loved Barefoot Cardio Core this morning. We’re long-time exercisers in our 60’s and although we’re in good shape, we appreciate shorter workouts that aren’t pulverizing. I really worked up a sweat with this but I also felt great. I especially loved the music … it was awesome. We plan to follow the rotation exactly and I’m feeling sad because we won’t see it again until Day 19. I followed with Jessica’s Dance Cardio which is also awesome. Jessica, we’re wondering … did you film these in Sarasota?
Hello everyone I am Jackie and I live and work in HK. Day 2 and a grey and cold (for Hong Kong) Tuesday morning and I was sweating during Metabolic Conditioning. My goodness is that tough or is it tough? I found it tough without a step and my goodness those rows from a full plank are challenging but I did them all.
I loved today’s mantra “The secret of having it all is knowing that you already do”. Something to think about during my break today as it is so true.
I love this set already. The setting is beautiful with the water and the boats and I love that both Debbie and Beth have a voice.
