Been really busy outside then yesterday it rained so I did some inside work. Jessica’s new walk n talk is great as always and she makes fitness doable.
mholdsworth sorry about your attack but you are right at least your son is home and settled.😀
Jackie you are doing great as always, such energy I wish I had that much 😀
arbinrl you are doing great well, keep walking strong 🐕
Day 17 and I swapped out the recommended Steady, Ready Go for the YouTube Indoor Jogging Routine as I always love that one. I didn’t have time for a mid morning workout due to workload today but I did fit in the 30 Minute Interval Walk/Jog again from YouTube at lunch time. This is the one with both Debbie and Jessica and it always makes me smile. That was enough for me today. I got fun and lots of cardio and some HiiT as well.
Days 15&16- I was wrong about my attack yesterday was hard and today was awful. Work and my daily responsibilities wore me out .I did no routines . Thankfully I’m pretty sure Im now on the up swing . Hoping to do something gentle like feel good fusion in the morning.
Day 16 and I started my day with Upper Focus using 10llb as my heavier weights and 3 kilos (sometimes changing down to 2.5 kilos). I like this video and reached fatigue (before) or by the end of all sets. During morning break I did the Healthy for the Holidays Total Body Resistance Band routine. It is a good one and was especially challenging in parts because my resistance band is much shorter than Jessica’s. I got through it 💪and enjoyed it too.
It is lunch time and I found Jessica’s brand new Walk and Talk. It is about What a Healthy Lifestyle looks like and it has some interesting messages. I think this is my favourite so far as the messages resonate with my life and the changes I am making.
I hope to get the optional Flow 1 Neck and Shoulder’s done before the day ends. Having a rest before I get back to my desk. I hope everyone is well💪💪💪
Day 8 of the MRC. I subbed in a Cardio Ballet workout from YouTube since I don’t have the Total Body Balance DVD. I definitely want to start pulling in more YouTube videos because there are so many I haven’t done and they are so good! Today’s workout certainly got me sweating! On Saturday, I did Barre Sculpt before work, and it was a great way to start a long day. Spring is finally starting to settle in here. Many years, we don’t really have spring–or not much of one. Typically, winter ends, we get a week or so of really gorgeous weather, then summer makes its grand entrance. This year, the weather is staying cooler longer, which is kind of nice. Hope you all have a nice Monday!
