Just purchased WS3 and I can’t wait to start it! I am finishing up week 4 of WS2.0 and have already completed WS1. I absolutely love the variety of the walk strong workout videos. I never get bored, and my body doesn’t either 🙂 I also am very grateful for the different level options depending on your fitness goals, or life circumstances. I was actually able to safely work out through a mild knee injury using your videos! And of course I follow you on you tube as well. I also enjoy your realistic, and down to earth, health, wellness, and fitness tips. Thanks for being a daily part of my fitness journey!
Hello Jessica! I’m so excited about the new program. I skimmed through it and the thing I loved the most was that Debbie and Beth had mikes on and we can hear them loud and clear. It’s not only fun but I also think it helps as much as when you say “We’re right here with you”: to “listen to” the effort. (I hope it doesn’t comes across so creepy). It does feel like we’re really working out together. Anyway, can’t wait to do all the videos and be surprised. Thank you so much for all the work you put into them and congratulations!
Thank you for another great program!! This one is very comprehensove, with a lot of useful information and tips about fitness and diet. I did barefoot cardio. It is gentle, but sweaty! Loved it! ANd thank you for your guidance during the foundations routine. It was really helpful to me.
I got it and it looks great and very intense. I’m ready to start on the 27th and I hope that this time I can keep up with the rest of you and do it as a group challenge, with the past programs there has always been something that made me skip days.
