Did Total Body yesterday and Boogie I.T. today. These workouts are intense AND fun at the same time. There is such a variety of moves that they never get boring. It was nice to move back and forth the floor during total body. It was also nice to hear Debbie’s comments!
I started WS3 yesterday and thought “Foundations isn’t really much of a workout.” Woke up this morning with sore abs! 🤪
I ordered WS3 yesterday, and I can’t wait to get it! I’ve been doing WS2 workouts, plus some of the 21-day program, as well as a number of routines from the YouTube channel. I am enjoying these programs SO much, Jessica. I love the variety, but what I really love is the “no-dread” factor. I up the weights on days when I feel like pushing it a bit more, as I’m used to doing some pretty intense/advanced workouts, but I love that I can lighten the weights to a more moderate number when I do NOT feel like pushing so hard. I look forward to your workouts each and every time.
Also, thank you for keeping the workouts to around 30 minutes, and also for giving us the 10- and 15-minute shorter routines that we can string together or use as add-ons. It allows for so much flexibility, and it makes it easy to fit workouts into busy days. A lot of my other workouts are an hour, and I just don’t have the time for that after work and helping my son with homework.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for these awesome workouts, Jessica. I have an entire bin of your DVDs now, and you are my go-to trainer!
Just started with Foundations, which was great to do after a lot of travelling over the last few days. Although it’s slow it’s not easy – I really had to focus on engaging my core in particular. I really appreciated the push up tutorial as I struggle with those. I think this workout will be really useful to repeat to really get the hang of these basics.
1 mile of motivation was soooo much fun! Loved the new brain teasing moves, it will take me a couple more times to get the hang of them I think! This is definitely my new go-to mile for energising 🙂 It’s great to get started!
Is a printable version of the calendar available yet? Thanks.
