Day 35 and a beautiful sunny Christmas Eve. I started my day with the 40 Minute Indoor Jogging routine from YouTube followed by today’s recommended routine Deep Stretch. Have a wonderful Christmas evening. I am sending you peaceful thoughts and some warm sunshine from Hong Kong.
Peanut and I send our warmest wishes to you all for a very happy holiday season! We just love reading all of your check ins and interaction with each other. Thank you so much for being valued members of our community — we’re so glad you are here. Let’s keep walking STRONG together right into 2018 everybody! 🙂
Day 34 and I began my day with the recommended Total Body. My balance was so good again today. I partnered that with the walking/jogging Interval Routine from YouTube. I always enjoy that one and the banter between Jessica and Debbie is fun.
Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday weekend. I plan to indulge but not over indulge on Monday. The Christmas lunch I am cooking on Monday will be as healthy as I can make it. Lots of veggies and using olive oil for my roasted potatoes and parsnips. Lots and lots of veggies as well. I do have a huge Christmas pudding and a cheeseboard though (it is Christmas) but left chocolates and mince pies off the shopping list. There is more than enough delicious food to eat and drink and I am so looking forward to it. I will keep up the exercise with the WS3 programme and I have posted a moderate Boxing Day Hike on the 26th January and another on 28th January to work off the cheese, wine and the pudding and to also encourage others to get moving too.
I hope to read your postings over the holidays.
Barre Sculpt today! This workout is deceptively tough! It seriously kicks my booty each time, but I love it nonetheless. I really love the innovative way we use the ball throughout. I did have to drop down to 3 lb. weights for a few moves, but I’m working my way up to 4 lbs. for at least half of them. The next issue I need to address is those moves where we lie on our stomachs and lift our legs upward. Because I have wood floors, any move like that grinds my pelvic bones into the floor in a most uncomfortable way. Even my mat doesn’t help much because it’s pretty thin. Maybe I’ll try grabbing an old towel or a beach towel to add to my padding.
Day 32/ Thursday- I slept in a little so no am routine. Work is still continuing to be very busy which will last until around the middle of January. After dinner I did tone and flow . It is such a wonderful full body workout. I must say I wasn’t as steady with the pigeon squats as you Jackie. I was wobbling all over the place . That’s always accompanied by giggling .I hoping to start my day with Tuesday’s boggie IT . I love that one . It’s super fun and I do fgiggke quite a bit with that one as well.
