Thursday morning Jessica Smith workout – 4:30 am – made it through Day 2. Doesn’t feel like a workout at all, joints don’t hurt like they did with traditional treadmill or elliptical workouts. Feel energized to start the day after doing the tape and not exhausted or feeling bad about myself because I couldn’t do it all.
Thursday morning and I started my day with Jessica’s Healthy for the Holidays Walk and Talk and then followed with one of her 15 Minute Belly Buns and Thighs recommended Strength routines followed by her 15 Minute Post Workout Stretch (also recommended). I don’t do enough stretching and flexibility work these days so I am super pleased this is included either as the main workout or as an add on.
Tomorrow I am supporting the OTW 100km race. I need to be at the starting point at 8.30am to start there and I shall then move to CP2 later on in the day. It will be an early night tonight (as always) because it will be a very early start tomorrow (I will be on the 5.30am ferry). So it will be lots of steps tomorrow and lots of fetching, lifting and carrying too.
Hi ya’ll – this is Lori TT – new here to the Jessica Smith family. I received my first Jessica DVD yesterday and did the first program this morning – LOVED IT. In fact, loved it so much, I went ahead and invested the in the 6 week transformation. Would love to hear more transformation success stories!
Life has gotten insane again- Monday I did 20 minutes of yoga before work. I sure needed it . My last house was unexpectedly filthy. I totally was unprepared for the amount of time and energy I had to expended there. I got over 27,000 steps in and was totally done when I got home over 3 hours late. Today before my sons court date I did 40 minutes of a old DVD that features Jessica called 10 minute solutions quick tummy toners. I bought it over 9 years ago as a set of 3 10 minute solution DVDS.She was featured on one .I forgot I had it and enjoyed doing it again. There are 5 ten minute routines. The DVD lets you customize your workout. It was great. That pace was very fast which today was just what I needed. Her values haven’t changed one bit .just as she does now She stressed going at your own pace and doing what’s right for your body all with that very kind way she makes you feel like a close friend that she’s hanging out with . I’m glad I happened upon it today. I will now leave it out so I can use it a few times a week.
Wednesday morning and I managed to fit in an early morning workout. I started with stepping strength and then did one mile of motivation. I have to go shower, have breakfast and get my ferry. I hope everyone is well.
