Saturday & Sunday days 13&14. Saturday- my Ariel yoga fit class was tough but in a great way. We did 40 minutes of work with the a a big stability ball.20 minutes using it doing cardio then 20 minutes of strength & balance with it . The last 20 minutes we did ab work in the hammock. It was fun but I must admit I’d rather do more work with the hammock as I can do everything else at home. It was fun and I do like the instructor. The rest of the day I did house work and organizing. Today ,Sunday- Today I had two jobs a large home and my office building. Today was very breezy and not so humid so after work My son and I went on 4 mile run. Well I managed a 2 mile run with 2 miles I of running , walking and jogging . I was super excited as I haven’t Turin the trail in months . My son started a jog but then decided to walk . This was distressing for me as He wasn’t in my line of sight as often as I’d like. He was fine but I worry. The deal was he had to stay I front of me where I could see him or behind me where he could see me . I found myself doubling back a lot .I didn’t enjoy my time today on the trail. On the positive side my son and I both got 4 mile in in the trail. After dinner I did WS1 Barefoot fusion sculpt. I don’t know why I always forget how sneaky that one is. I took the last 5 minutes of that one & did some yoga because my body really needed .

Saturday and Day 15. I was up and out early this morning as it is World Clean Up Day. There are various events scheduled for today around the world and it felt very special to be part of it.
The “plog or plike”… was as far away from where I live as you could possibly get in Hong Kong. It was a coastal cleanup on Starling Islet which is on the border between HK S.A.R. and Mainland China in the NE New Territory. It is a beautiful, beautiful spot but it took a few hours to get there and then home as I am relying on public transportation. I just loved getting some exercise, at the same time as doing something positive for our community with wonderful like minded people. I am tired though but I have to get all the plants in pots inside the house and lay down any of the trees in large pots. We are also filling pots with water in case we lose that and my hiking headlamps as well as our torches in case the electricity goes too.Ho hum!
You are all in my thoughts.
Thursday and Friday – Yesterday before work I did 360 abs. Then after work we packed up and went to my husbands work. This was to be safe from the sting winds and rain from Florence. Thankfully the storm shifted so far with that we only got gray clouds and a gentle breeze. I was so wiped out from this week that I fell asleep at 9:30pm on my air mattress. Friday – I woke up at 8 am , my husband went to work . I and gave my daughter her meds then she went back to sleep on our air mattresses . I didn’t get up until 11. It was so nice to lounge about like that . After that I fixed brunch from dinner leftovers and things we brought from home. Then I played card and board games with my son. After we packed My son loaded what he could and I did interval mix while we waited on my husband to get off work so we could go home . Im now very tired After getting home and unloading, unpacking & getting dinner. So I’m done for the day. I did manage to get over 10,000 step in today .
Looking forward to my aerial yoga class in the morning.
