Friday- this morning I did a 20 minute youtube yoga video called engerzing morning yoga . It was great. I had a busy morning of running my son around to to his errands. Then I came home and cooked up a storm. I made a 3 pound , mini meatballs(for the soup) and a hearty minestrone soup. I made it with a very flavorful vegetable stock. My family will eat everything with weekend cooking was heavenly. The chef in me needed that . I so miss being in a restaurant kitchen. I was so happy that I pushed the notion that I have to work this evening after my husband gets home .the house is a large one . I was about to do Jessica’s interval jogging. I think I will save that for Sunday . After work I shall do a fusion workout , perhaps fusion band .. thank you Jackie. Maureen hope your week is going well.
Friday morning I began my day with Jessica brand new 30 Minute travel friendly Cardio and Strength Circuit. It is excellent and uses both a resistance band and a small towel as a slider. I partnered that with Fusion Band which I really love. I am definitely sparkling and need to move it. I have to get breakfast, shower, dressed and on the ferry in 40 minutes.
Thursday-Before work I did 15 minutes of a morning yoga routine on YouTube. I’m sure my step count is well above the 12,000 as that what it reads now .The band on my Fitbit broke today while I was at work. So I carried it in my pocket as a worked the rest of my day . It definitely wasn’t counting my steps correctly. I had a very active second job today .it was a empty home that hadn’t been used in years. I was climbing a step ladder repeatedly to clean globs of cob webs from walls & ceilings. Then scrubbing base boards, chair rails and woodwork to get up the ultra fine dust that refinishing hardwood floors leaves behind . It was a very active workday and I got quite a cardio workout. Soooo , I will most likely just do I quick yoga routine.
Thursday morning and I started with Stepping Strength. Thanks for the inspiration mholdsworth. I enjoyed it a lot. I followed that with the Day 2 routine from Fall Fitness because as it is Steady State Cardio it will help my step count today.
I only dress up when I am out working on my visits. When I am working at home it is shorts, yoga pants and my active wear. Maureen it actually must be great having to wear a uniform because there is no choice or decision about what to wear. I now need to make that decision Ho hum!

Morning workouts haven’t been too bad, still trying to find just how I want to do this. Biggest problem this week is I have had a terrible headache all week.
