Hello I have finished all the walk strong 1.2.and 3. I loved it. I want more! so please continue with these, I am 47 years old, work 2 jobs and I can fit this in my day before I go to work. its not hard on my body at all. I lost weight, no diet, and nothing extra. I lost about 20 lbs. but the weight loss was not the real factor, my body feels good, I don t feel exhausted but well worked. since I have not done anything since I finished I can tell the difference. (gained the weight back. lol thanks giving and Christmas ) I need to keep it up. the beginning of the year I am going to start over on walk strong 1 ect , but please if you could make more walk strong. I own Leslie Sanson, hip hop abs, step aerobic, kettle Worx ect. and this  is the only ones I have completed. (maybe add a kettle bell workout?) but please if you can keep up the good work. Thank You, you have changed my lifestyle for exercise.
