Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!

I am new to this message board but I just completed the 6 week transformation and have already jumped into 2.0. Never in my life have I stuck with an exercise program. It has been amazing and I am seeing results as far as stamina and muscle tone. As a busy mom of 7 kiddos I would say “I can do ANYTHING for 30 min!!” Even on my worst days…it has gotten me up and going. Jessica I love your attitude and enthusium. I started out following Debbie and that was so helpful. I just have so much gratitude for what you have put out here. My twin sister and I did the 6 week program together. Now my two teenage daughters are starting it. Thank you, thank you!! I’m gonna keep walking STRONG.
I’ve just started your walk strong program, I enjoy it very much. I have a question. Should I skip an exercise if I have muscle pain? I did an dumbbell exercise yesterday, so my thighs are sore. I just bought your program and I wanted to do it at once.
Starting over again!!! Day one of the 6 week walk strong
I started week 6 today! I feel great. I had a minor back strain last week, so I had to take a few days off and did Dynamic Stretch 2 days in a row. I definitely see the difference. My “chicken wings”, aka the flab under my arms are completely gone!

Hi Jessica. Thank you for your personal replies to my questions on how to proceed past the six-week transformation course. I started in November of 2017 and have completed the six weeks twice – the first time without weights and now will finish with weights my second time through. I’m actually going to do the whole thing two more times increasing weights each time. Tonight I purchased Walk Strong 2.0 and will begin that after I return from a national conference the end of April. I love the variety of the workouts, the length, your helpful advice, and as others have said, your healthy, balanced focus. I am so glad I have discovered you and am telling my friends about it.
