I just completed the 360 abs and am so impressed! What a great functional workout! I really felt like all the moves helped me develop “muscle memory” for how I needed to carry myself throughout the day. As someone who struggles with back issues I have always spent time focusing on my core and this workout feels like it will really help me bring it into my whole day. I also greatly appreciate how you consistently incorporate back extensions into your workouts. Such an important part of back health!! Thank you!
Just started the 6 week program and am looking forward to healing my body. At 47 years I find so many of the work out programs out there just too intense for my joints and back. While I’m in relatively good shape, I was finding my body just wasn’t able to manage the high impact or fast pace. After only 1 week of this program I’m thinking this will be a whole new way to think about working out. Slower more focused and nuanced moves have my brain and body working hard! I found myself laughing at how confused I was getting in trying to have my arms and legs move together through the Brain Fitness Fun. I love your approach and have enjoyed using your YouTube videos over the past year. I’m committing to this 6 week program and strengthening my body and mind! thank you!
I finished Day 9 this morning, 360 Abs. I was expecting to be down on the mat most of the time but it was definitely refreshing to get an ab workout while also getting cardio! Feels so good to know I’m doing more and more for my body everyday!
I am new to this message board but I just completed the 6 week transformation and have already jumped into 2.0. Never in my life have I stuck with an exercise program. It has been amazing and I am seeing results as far as stamina and muscle tone. As a busy mom of 7 kiddos I would say “I can do ANYTHING for 30 min!!” Even on my worst days…it has gotten me up and going. Jessica I love your attitude and enthusium. I started out following Debbie and that was so helpful. I just have so much gratitude for what you have put out here. My twin sister and I did the 6 week program together. Now my two teenage daughters are starting it. Thank you, thank you!! I’m gonna keep walking STRONG.
I’ve just started your walk strong program, I enjoy it very much. I have a question. Should I skip an exercise if I have muscle pain? I did an dumbbell exercise yesterday, so my thighs are sore. I just bought your program and I wanted to do it at once.
