I am new to the community and have just finished day 1 Cardio Party. That was super fun and challenging. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
I’m new to the group. Just did day 1, week 1 today. 😀 I’m really excited about this challenge! My ultimate goal is to get into the habit of exercising daily.
I just started the program and I am on day 2. I have been doing the workouts on YouTube for a little while and decided to jump in with this program and so far I am loving it and can’t wait to feel myself getting stronger and healthier! Yesterday I woke up 45 minutes early to start day one of the program then I started work by attending our beginning of the school year convocation. One of the speakers mentioned a quote that essentially said that whatever your goal if you consistently do the same thing each day you will be successful. That motivated me that all I have to do is consistently follow this program each day and I will be successful in getting stronger. Thank you for your attitude and upbeat personality in the videos. It is so encouraging and makes working out more fun. I do have one question, is there somewhere that lists which videos require weights or has a little weight icon next to the name of the videos that use them?
Hi there! Starting the Walk Strong Phase I tomorrow. My sister and I live hours apart; however, we are doing the workouts “together” each day.
