I am new to the community and have just finished day 1 Cardio Party. That was super fun and challenging. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
This is my post from yesterday (Tues), posted on a different thread with a similar title (6 week transformation):
Day #2(Tues) for me. I posted my Day 1 in the wrong place. And today I did the wrong workout. *sigh* Oh well, I did workout. I just grabbed the 1st DVD and did the second workout which is “Interval Mix”. I then went and looked at the schedule for tomorrow. My reaction was…..arrrggghh! I got a grip and smiled. A 30 minute exercise mistake is better than NONE! Will get back on schedule tomorrow.
Day #3 (Wed): Just completed the ‘Brain Fitness Fun’. You sure don’t watch the time on this one. *ha* Your brain is to busy trying to keep up. I loved it! It went so fast.
I can’t wait to get started! I have been doing your YouTube workouts for a few months now and I love the progress I’ve been making, after never really working out in the past. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for 6 months and adding your workouts has really helped my progress and I’m loving the change I’m seeing in my body so far. I can’t wait to get started on the 6 week program and then the follow up weeks after that! Yay!

Hi Jessica & Team! I’m a mom of a 2 year old amazing little girl but I’m still struggling to get me pre baby body back and I work full time so finding time for workouts has been difficult. I realized I’m taking care of everyone else but I need to find time for me too so I can feel fit and strong again! I just ordered your 6 week program and can’t wait to get started!
