I am new to the community and have just finished day 1 Cardio Party. That was super fun and challenging. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
I started week 6 today! I feel great. I had a minor back strain last week, so I had to take a few days off and did Dynamic Stretch 2 days in a row. I definitely see the difference. My “chicken wings”, aka the flab under my arms are completely gone!

Checking in for day 15 week 3!! I am absolutely loving this program! I have never been able to stay interested in exercise before, but I actually look forward to my workouts now!! Before starting this program I never dreamed that I would attempt to work out using any kind of weights or dumbells, but I have found that those workouts are some of my faves! 🏋🏼♀️
I am new to this message board but I just completed the 6 week transformation and have already jumped into 2.0. Never in my life have I stuck with an exercise program. It has been amazing and I am seeing results as far as stamina and muscle tone. As a busy mom of 7 kiddos I would say “I can do ANYTHING for 30 min!!” Even on my worst days…it has gotten me up and going. Jessica I love your attitude and enthusium. I started out following Debbie and that was so helpful. I just have so much gratitude for what you have put out here. My twin sister and I did the 6 week program together. Now my two teenage daughters are starting it. Thank you, thank you!! I’m gonna keep walking STRONG.
Hi All! I began the challenge today. I can’t wait to see the results at the end of the 6 weeks.
