Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!

I am new to the community and have just finished day 1 Cardio Party. That was super fun and challenging. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
Misty, I am starting the program tomorrow two. Maybe the three (3) of us can encourage each other?
Just finished day 8 and I cannot remember ever exercising 8 days straight. I love the program so far and I cannot wait to see the changes at the end of the program.
One change already is I look forward to the program and I have never looked for to exercising before. I have always just done them because I should. I think Jessica is so positive and great with tips and encouragement. I am excited to spend time with her each day.
I’ve finished one round of Walk Strong and am repeating the program before doing 2.0. I’m currently on day 8.
I feel amazing. I’ve gotten another set of weights. 😀
I feel so much stronger. Simple things, like sitting in an uncomfortable chair, don’t lead to aches.
I’ve been a little vain, looking at the mirror a bit too much and looking at how my body has changed.
I’m looking forward to continuing changes and feeling different.
Good morning transformers! (My gs would love that.) Just completed 360 abs. Did great until the floor work. An extra 40-lbs makes it hard to breath when I am doing any kind of crunch ‘type’ exercise. And if I lay back completely I have experienced vertigo. So next time I will have something to put under my head to give me the lift I need. Progress….NOT….perfection. 😉 (I would be thankful for any other suggestions Jessica.)
