I am new to the community and have just finished day 1 Cardio Party. That was super fun and challenging. I am looking forward to tomorrow!
Hey everyone!! I am not new to JS workouts but new to the 6 week transformation! I started on January 2, 2017 and have finished day 8 today (upper body strength….whew, that was a challenge, but I finished it!!) Anyways, hoping to cheer you all on and be cheered on too as I do this with you!
I am so glad to be here! I am on day 4 and love the program so far! I have A LOT of weight to lose (180lbs) but I know if I stick with it, my transformation will come! I’m so grateful to have found a program that I believe will help me reach my goals!
I am back! Started Week #3 this morning with Day #16 workout. I missed days #11 & #12 last week. But instead of going down my usual path of “all or nothing” attitude, I jumped back with day #13. Perfect that you put the TIP of letting go of the need to be perfect. I guess I will just complete my 6 week countdown by adding any days I miss. I hope last weeks Wed & Thur and yesterday will be the end of that. That is my goal. Enjoyed the Upper Body Strength this morning. Beautiful weather in NWFL today. It definitely helps motivate a person. Will check in again tomorrow. ~Kathy
I just bought the digital download version and am very excited to get started tomorrow! I am a newly graduated nurse and will be 52 this week. There have been a lot of changes for me recently and I notice how sore and tired I am after work.
I’m looking forward to this program! I have done some of the youtube workouts for stretching and they help me so I’m certain this 6 weeks will bring more benefits!
