Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!

I started week 6 today! I feel great. I had a minor back strain last week, so I had to take a few days off and did Dynamic Stretch 2 days in a row. I definitely see the difference. My “chicken wings”, aka the flab under my arms are completely gone!

Starting over again!!! Day one of the 6 week walk strong
Hi Jessica. Thank you for your personal replies to my questions on how to proceed past the six-week transformation course. I started in November of 2017 and have completed the six weeks twice – the first time without weights and now will finish with weights my second time through. I’m actually going to do the whole thing two more times increasing weights each time. Tonight I purchased Walk Strong 2.0 and will begin that after I return from a national conference the end of April. I love the variety of the workouts, the length, your helpful advice, and as others have said, your healthy, balanced focus. I am so glad I have discovered you and am telling my friends about it. Hi, I’m on day 2 of Walk Strong after just finishing the 30 day Walk On. Love it so far! I like that jessica focuses on the positive and doesn’t say things like you’ll be sexy etc. Someone else posted something like that and I couldn’t agree more. Thanks for having your mom and Beth – they rock and are so motivating! Thanks for keeping it so fun 😊
Just started the Walk Strong Program a few days ago–so I’ve gone through the Cardio Party, Total Body Training, and the Brain Dance. I really love these workouts—such a nice endorphin kick when you finish—and they strike that magic balance of being both challenging and fun. I want to say that I really appreciate that Jessica doesn’t talk a lot about how these workouts are going to make you look—I’ve done so many programs before that focus on the externals (“This is going to give you sexy abs, legs, whatever)…..and have always found that kind of constant focus on externals to be distracting and even discouraging. Jessica talks more about how the exercise is going to make you feel—and how you’re doing something good to care for your body when you take the time to follow along. And that’s really what keeps me going more than the other stuff. The talk through these videos is very empowering. Thank you!
