Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!
We’re so glad you decided to join us for this journey and can’t wait to cheer you on and support you along the way. Please feel free to check in on this thread daily or weekly as you progress through our original Walk STRONG 6 Week System (we also have separate threads for the next two phases of the plan, “Phase II” and our sequel system, “Walk STRONG 2.0.”

I am new to this message board but I just completed the 6 week transformation and have already jumped into 2.0. Never in my life have I stuck with an exercise program. It has been amazing and I am seeing results as far as stamina and muscle tone. As a busy mom of 7 kiddos I would say “I can do ANYTHING for 30 min!!” Even on my worst days…it has gotten me up and going. Jessica I love your attitude and enthusium. I started out following Debbie and that was so helpful. I just have so much gratitude for what you have put out here. My twin sister and I did the 6 week program together. Now my two teenage daughters are starting it. Thank you, thank you!! I’m gonna keep walking STRONG.
Hi. I’ve just started with the 6 week program. I’m very proud of myself for managing the first week. I did it out of order since my period started during the first week so I changed the days around etc to suit things but I am ridiculously proud of myself for continuing and not taking a few days off! I like the workouts very much. They are not too complicated, not too funky, and I don’t feel too stupid doing them :-). This would easily be the first time I have done back to back days of exercise in probably 20 years. I’m thrilled and looking forward to seeing some changes in my body in the coming weeks. I’ve finished one round of Walk Strong and am repeating the program before doing 2.0. I’m currently on day 8.
I feel amazing. I’ve gotten another set of weights. 😀
I feel so much stronger. Simple things, like sitting in an uncomfortable chair, don’t lead to aches.
I’ve been a little vain, looking at the mirror a bit too much and looking at how my body has changed.
I’m looking forward to continuing changes and feeling different.
Just started Walk Strong this week- love it so far! Question for those of you doing this program- if you know there’s a day you can’t do a workout, have you ever combined two days in one workout? I want to make sure I don’t overdo it but I also want to get all the workouts in!
I finished Total Transformation 6 Week System about a month ago. Then I completed the Walk On: Walk Off The Weight 30 Day Program and decided it was time to repeat Walk Strong! I’m now on day 3 and cannot put into words how amazing I feel! I have never been able to stick with a program! I weigh less than I have in 15+years! I have gone down a pant size! Thank you Jessica for continuing to inspire us to keep going!
