I’m new to the group. Just did day 1, week 1 today. 😀 I’m really excited about this challenge! My ultimate goal is to get into the habit of exercising daily.
how do i sign in?
I have a question. I will be turning 54 this year, have been exercising since I was 20. I have always LOVED working out. If I go 2-3 days without exercising, I get real cranky. But today, while doing Barefoot Fusion Sculpt, this thought that I am done! I don’t want to do this anymore, popped into my head. It scared me. Was I feeling done for the half hour or done for good? Do I need to take a break from exercising? Am I the only one that has felt this way?
I finished the workout, but these random thoughts like that really mess with my mind.
