Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!

I am back! Started Week #3 this morning with Day #16 workout. I missed days #11 & #12 last week. But instead of going down my usual path of “all or nothing” attitude, I jumped back with day #13. Perfect that you put the TIP of letting go of the need to be perfect. I guess I will just complete my 6 week countdown by adding any days I miss. I hope last weeks Wed & Thur and yesterday will be the end of that. That is my goal. Enjoyed the Upper Body Strength this morning. Beautiful weather in NWFL today. It definitely helps motivate a person. Will check in again tomorrow. ~Kathy
Today was Dynamic Stretch day, and boy, did I need it. It has been a stressful two weeks and I just needed the downtime to relax. I am learning that when I have stressful days (or moody days, or PMS days….lol), I need to work on my self care. Bubble Bath. Stretching and Yoga. Light walks. A good book. So often on those days I want to do more, because in my mind the productivity will help me I think….but oftentimes I need to listen to my body and do something just for me and slow down. The gratitude exercise at the end of the workout was perfect for me as well. Especially since last night I was feeling not so great about my body and where it is. It helped me be thankful for where it is now. 🙂
JUST completed #3 workout for week #2. Lower body sculpt. All I can say is WOW! Just kept thinking about beach and pool days ahead.
So week 2, I conquered Interval Mix today.
First of all….gotta say its not my favorite, only because it made me work outside my comfort zone. Which in the end, I know is GOOD for me..but during the workout I’m cursing you Jessica!
Secondly…had a totally rough day today and this workout made me focus and forget about the crappy day for 30 mins. After the workout, I was in a better frame of mind and spirit.
Thank you Jessica for pushing me further than I thought I was capable of going today!
Jan 16th & Jan 17th:
Monday, Week 2/Workout 1: Completed Upper Body Strength. Tuesday, Workout 2: 360 Abs. Today was a struggle (tired from grandchildren activity yesterday *smile) but determination kicked in about an hour ago. Wooh-hooh.
