Just finished Dynamic Stretch. How wonderful! And I did use a throw pillow to lift my head some. Thank you for your encouragement Jessica. I think I will skip the floor work on the 360 abs for a bit. I’ll replace it with more of your standing reps. Okay, question before I head out. Do I continue to post here through out the whole 6 weeks? Next week is #2, so I just want to make sure I go to the right place. Have a blessed day. ~Kathy
Good morning transformers! (My gs would love that.) Just completed 360 abs. Did great until the floor work. An extra 40-lbs makes it hard to breath when I am doing any kind of crunch ‘type’ exercise. And if I lay back completely I have experienced vertigo. So next time I will have something to put under my head to give me the lift I need. Progress….NOT….perfection. 😉 (I would be thankful for any other suggestions Jessica.)
Good morning! It is only 9:10 AM in NW-FL and I have already finished #4 Barefoot Fusion Sculpt. The rest of the day is ahead. Yippee! Thank you Jessica for another great workout. 🙂
So today was lower body sculpt. Oh My Gosh! This was a tough one for sure!! Although I could tell I was working muscles I hadn’t worked in a while, and I am excited to get stronger too and to eventually not grimace so much when I’m doing this workout! 😉
This is my post from yesterday (Tues), posted on a different thread with a similar title (6 week transformation):
Day #2(Tues) for me. I posted my Day 1 in the wrong place. And today I did the wrong workout. *sigh* Oh well, I did workout. I just grabbed the 1st DVD and did the second workout which is “Interval Mix”. I then went and looked at the schedule for tomorrow. My reaction was…..arrrggghh! I got a grip and smiled. A 30 minute exercise mistake is better than NONE! Will get back on schedule tomorrow.
Day #3 (Wed): Just completed the ‘Brain Fitness Fun’. You sure don’t watch the time on this one. *ha* Your brain is to busy trying to keep up. I loved it! It went so fast.
