Hi Everyone (and Jessica!)
My name is Michelle and I am a 36 year old mom of 2 and teacher. I struggle with emotional eating and binge eating, and up and down weight loss. I like to exercise, but find myself NOT doing it LOL With two boys I need to be in better shape.
I stumbled upon this program after doing one of Jessica’s youtube videos. I have to say, when I DO exercise, its one of your videos! It is my go to youtube channel. I figured what do I have to lose, I need a schedule and variety, and something to ease myself back into working out. So here I am.

Just wanted to say “HELLO” to everyone! I am starting the program tomorrow (Jan 6, 2017). Here is wishing and giving everyone hope and encouragement. My saying is “YES, I CAN”. So what if I am 67 years old with old tennis knees and elbows! I am determined to be on the beach in a bathing suit and taking cruises when I am 87 yo!! LOL
Hello, Started the Walk Strong Phase 1 system yesterday. Definitely not what I’m used too. I used to be one of those hardcore enthusiast that worked out with programs like T25 or Insanity. However the last few years I’ve fallen off the wagon and my joints just don’t seem handle that jumping anymore. I enjoyed yesterday’s Cardio Party workout, a lot gentler on my knees. Looking forward to today’s workout.
