Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!

Just started the Walk Strong Program a few days ago–so I’ve gone through the Cardio Party, Total Body Training, and the Brain Dance. I really love these workouts—such a nice endorphin kick when you finish—and they strike that magic balance of being both challenging and fun. I want to say that I really appreciate that Jessica doesn’t talk a lot about how these workouts are going to make you look—I’ve done so many programs before that focus on the externals (“This is going to give you sexy abs, legs, whatever)…..and have always found that kind of constant focus on externals to be distracting and even discouraging. Jessica talks more about how the exercise is going to make you feel—and how you’re doing something good to care for your body when you take the time to follow along. And that’s really what keeps me going more than the other stuff. The talk through these videos is very empowering. Thank you!
I just ordered the Walk Strong 6 Week Total Transformation yesterday. I’m looking forward to starting the my transformation. I have three of you DVD’ s and I’m looking forward to receiving this one.
I just started the program and I am on day 2. I have been doing the workouts on YouTube for a little while and decided to jump in with this program and so far I am loving it and can’t wait to feel myself getting stronger and healthier! Yesterday I woke up 45 minutes early to start day one of the program then I started work by attending our beginning of the school year convocation. One of the speakers mentioned a quote that essentially said that whatever your goal if you consistently do the same thing each day you will be successful. That motivated me that all I have to do is consistently follow this program each day and I will be successful in getting stronger. Thank you for your attitude and upbeat personality in the videos. It is so encouraging and makes working out more fun. I do have one question, is there somewhere that lists which videos require weights or has a little weight icon next to the name of the videos that use them?
Hi Jessica & Team! I’m a mom of a 2 year old amazing little girl but I’m still struggling to get me pre baby body back and I work full time so finding time for workouts has been difficult. I realized I’m taking care of everyone else but I need to find time for me too so I can feel fit and strong again! I just ordered your 6 week program and can’t wait to get started!
I just purchased WalkStrong and taking it with me on the road. I’ve downloaded the pdf and trying to figure out one thing. (right now). In the lower right hand corner of the day box I see a circle with D1, D2, D3, D4. At first I thought it was Day 1, 2, 3 etc… but then realized they weren’t in any kind of order, so I’m just curious – what does it mean? It must be important for it to be there. 😉
