Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!

I just purchased WalkStrong and taking it with me on the road. I’ve downloaded the pdf and trying to figure out one thing. (right now). In the lower right hand corner of the day box I see a circle with D1, D2, D3, D4. At first I thought it was Day 1, 2, 3 etc… but then realized they weren’t in any kind of order, so I’m just curious – what does it mean? It must be important for it to be there. 😉
I just bought the digital download version and am very excited to get started tomorrow! I am a newly graduated nurse and will be 52 this week. There have been a lot of changes for me recently and I notice how sore and tired I am after work.
I’m looking forward to this program! I have done some of the youtube workouts for stretching and they help me so I’m certain this 6 weeks will bring more benefits!
I started the 6-week Total Transformation yesterday. I enjoyed both of the routines (day 1 and day 2) and am looking forward to the rest!
I’m using the 6-week Total Transformation as a kind of reset, after 3 years of taking care of my mom and then dealing with losing her in June 2016. After a year of grieving I feel like it’s time to move on.
I have exercised for a long time and it is just part of who I am and what I do. But some of me got lost with all the responsibility of working, family and then grieving. I still exercised but only a minimal amount. I had lost my commitment. You know it sneaks up on a person; the less you exercise, the less you exercise. The more you eat, the more you eat.
I got my eating back under control beginning in January when I went on the Whole30 program. Loved it. Lost those 8# that had crept on. I still adhere to much of the Whole30 program, because it has tamed my sugar dragon. For the first time in my life I am in control of that dragon; it no longer controls me.
I found the 6-week Total Transformation program and I believe that it is what I need to reset. I am already looking forward to the 2.0 version!

Done with week 1 and already can tell a huge difference. I have more energy, feel better about myself, and I am also more self aware of what I am eating. I love this video and can’t wait to see what the future weeks bring me. Also, thank you Jessica for keeping me accountable!
I just finished week 1 day 1 and I am loving it so far. Even my four year old tried doing it with me 😊. This is definitely something that I can see myself sticking to. Do you usually check in daily or weekly?
