Welcome to the Walk Strong: Total Transformation 6 Week System!
We’re so glad you decided to join us for this journey and can’t wait to cheer you on and support you along the way. Doing two workouts a day, I’m done through day 13. (I don’t workout on Sundays.) Yesterday I started adding a half-hour walk. So far this morning I have clocked 5300 steps and I have an active day ahead of me too! Jessica, thank you for this system. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed strength training — and I’ve tried several systems. You have a wonderful personality and this program is incredibly well-rounded. It’s my Goldilocks workout program (“just right!”).
Thanks for the response. Somehow I didn’t see anything about the 10,000 steps in addition to the workouts. Of course, that makes sense and I’ll start incorporating that piece right away.
As far as the program goes, did Upper Body Strength for the first time and 360 abs (second time) today. Loved them both. I’ve done other similar workout systems but this one really suits me and I haven’t figured out exactly why, except for Jessica’s personality. Perhaps I’m realizing at last that this 50+-body doesn’t need “puke in a bucket” workouts and appreciates programs designed to make us healthier rather than sexier and/or bikini worthy. Thanks so much!
I just started the 6-week program yesterday and I love it. Because I’m used to exercising an hour a day and because I started midweek, I did two workouts each yesterday and today. I did it mainly to even out the week, if you know what I mean. Now I’m thinking of doubling it up every day throughout the program. What do you think?
Just finished the 30 day Walk off the Weight. Will be starting Total Transformation later today
Just did the 360 ab workout. that is a great workout. not at all what I expected. I am loving this program so far
