Walk STRONG Team: Would you like to see another sequel? If so, please tell us what you’d like us to include!
What kinds of workouts do you want? How long would you like them to be? What kind of equipment do you want us to use?
Do you prefer DVD or digital delivery? (If DVD, do you want a DVD set or individual discs?)
Any other ideas or insights you want to share with us?
We love your input so that we can continue making the programs you want to see (and do!) 🙂 Please feel free to share your suggestions and input here. Thanks in advance for all of your help!
I don’t like the clock. Start from the beginning count up .Not backwards. 1min to 30 min. Not 30 down to 1.
I am 47years old, a medical receptionist. My wrist hurt I can’t take the pain of some excercise, could you suggest a pain free way to do the excersices. I like the routine when you made use stretch neck like a duck ect..lol. I would like more ergonomic for sitting all day excersices on one( if I am explaining that right.)
Hello yes another sequel. I like the 30 min. Don’t not use furniture. (I don’t have access to a chair like that) The step and balls, weights ect. are fine. Add a workoutband More dance routines to add to the cardio and easy fun day. A step aerobics. Mabey a kettle bell..basically all the equipment you can use but for the 30mins .Different music, different ethnicitys. I use my DVD player. So I need DVD. I like the sets . I like and enjoy all that you have done this far, keep up the nice work…(fyi I do the workouts at the gym so I won’t destrube my downstairs neighbors.)
I’m watching the previews and I can see that you really did listen to us, and it seems like you went above and beyond this time. Even the short written introductions are so detailed and insightful! You never, never disappoint, I’m counting the days till the 15th, and I too will try to go above and beyond with this program, my way of thanking you and your wonderful team for your hard and professional but super fun work.
I own almost all of the DVDs – unlikely to purchase digital download again unless streaming becomes cleaner.
My ONLY suggestion is – I’d love to see a Master List of all the workouts on all the DVDs. Which count as core workouts? HIIT? Upper? Lower? Stretch day? and I’d love to see a Master Calendar for what to do when. I notice on the calendars for the Walk Strong workouts that you do not necessarily do Core work every Thursday but it is mixed up through the week. One of the reasons I love following these workout plans is that I know I am getting an efficient and comprehensive workout throughout the week. But, sometimes, on these calendars I know there is a workout I especially hate or one I especially love. I am not smart enough to know which I can substitute when. or how to mash up my own collection.
I prefer working out to the DVDs to the youtube channel because I can play my own music in the background. (play music and youtube are linked for me and I can’t use them both at the same time.)
So – a monthly calendar with a master plan rather than specific workouts. And, a list of the workouts that and what category they fall into.
Also – plz a countdown clock throughout. Many times I am cramming in a workout and I NEED to know how much time is left.
