I’m watching the previews and I can see that you really did listen to us, and it seems like you went above and beyond this time. Even the short written introductions are so detailed and insightful! You never, never disappoint, I’m counting the days till the 15th, and I too will try to go above and beyond with this program, my way of thanking you and your wonderful team for your hard and professional but super fun work.
I have WS 1 2 and 3, too, along with many WO and other workouts (i.e., barre, yoga, etc.) and would love to see a PDF Master List of all your Walk Strong and Walk On workouts with breakdowns of what type of workout they are, such as cardio, HIIT, sculpt, strength, fusion, etc. It would really help with creating our own rotations.
I don’t like the clock. Start from the beginning count up .Not backwards. 1min to 30 min. Not 30 down to 1.
I am 47years old, a medical receptionist. My wrist hurt I can’t take the pain of some excercise, could you suggest a pain free way to do the excersices. I like the routine when you made use stretch neck like a duck ect..lol. I would like more ergonomic for sitting all day excersices on one( if I am explaining that right.)
Hello yes another sequel. I like the 30 min. Don’t not use furniture. (I don’t have access to a chair like that) The step and balls, weights ect. are fine. Add a workoutband More dance routines to add to the cardio and easy fun day. A step aerobics. Mabey a kettle bell..basically all the equipment you can use but for the 30mins .Different music, different ethnicitys. I use my DVD player. So I need DVD. I like the sets . I like and enjoy all that you have done this far, keep up the nice work…(fyi I do the workouts at the gym so I won’t destrube my downstairs neighbors.)
