Day 31 in the books! Something I’ve noticed is that I’m much more mindful and deliberate in my movements in everyday life and aware of the muscles I’m using even if it’s just cleaning the house, getting up from a chair, etc. I also have so much more energy on a daily basis. I’m so glad I found this program!!!
Just finished day 31! 31 days, wow! I have never stuck to something this well before. I can tell I’m making progress because today’s Cardio Party felt easier than it did on day 1. It really was like a little party and a break from some of the harder stuff! I love having the variety of workouts. I also don’t let myself look ahead to the next day’s workout on the calendar until I’ve finished my workout for the day. Surprising myself just adds that little extra bit of motivation. 🙂
Hi Jessica, I am oatball’s daughter, Choco ( a nickname for myself). I have already completed week 5 with my mother. Today, I am on the active rest day. My mother have bought UNCOUNTABLE exercise videos ( lots of yours, too). I have watch Your 1-mile walk-and-talk video. I love it! Can you include Peanuts in more videos please? I am thankful that I still have legs to walk, and my goal is to pass all my exams. I aim for my school’s achievement award. I have just finished my exams today!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like inline skating and doing your workouts. I try to do them everyday. Thanks for your videos!
I have completed Day 3 of Week 5 (I am following the 6-week Total Transformation). Feel great to be able to follow a schedule. Look forward to working out every evening.
I look forward to Week 6; and when completed, we will move on to WalkStrong 2. My daughter has certainly grown slightly strong following the program! Her spirit of following through the hard part of the workout does inspire me to be a better version of myself.
